About Ali

Ali Maffucci is the founder of Inspiralized and runs the brand. Inspiralized was started out of a pure passion for eating healthy and helping others. When Ali discovered the spiralizer and quickly learned how easily it could be used to make creative, delicious and nutritious meals, she immediately looked online and was sad to find that there was no community or resources available for those who spiralize.

Committed to spreading the word about spiralizing and sharing her recipes, she quit her corporate job in 2013 and started Inspiralized.com, the definitive resource for cooking with a spiralizer. Since then, Maffucci has been referred to as a “digitally savvy millennial entrepreneur”, as well as the creator of a “spiral empire” by Food & Wine. Maffucci has authored New York Times best-selling cookbooks Inspiralized, Inspiralize Everything and Inspiralized and Beyond. Her newest cookbook, Feeding Littles and Beyond, co-authored with the duo of the popular parenting resource Feeding Littles, will be released in August 2022.
